XL Tortilla Press - Polished Aluminum
You are going to love our XL Aluminum Tortilla Press. In Mexico, tortillas are a staple and we’re obsessed with the homemade ones. Chewy in the middle, crispy edges, with a delicious slightly corn-y taste. They win brownie points at date night, themed dinners, and potlucks. They’re also super easy to make. Once you try it once, you won’t go back to store-bought. Trust us on this. Creating homemade tortillas has never been easier! Simply place a ball of dough (masa flour and water) between the press's plates, apply gentle pressure, and voilà - a perfectly shaped tortilla is ready for the pan. Cook ~1 minute on each side and stuff with your favorite taco fillings. Experience the art of traditional tortilla-making with our XL Tortilla Press, specially crafted from premium polished aluminum by artisans outside of Mexico City. Its sturdy construction allows for effortless tortilla pressing without compromising on performance. Our Large Tortilla Press is made from recycled aluminum. Though lighter than cast iron, the large size of this press will still give you uniform, flat tortillas - and lasts forever. Our artisans have highly polished this press to make it a show-stopper.

We rise with the sun, collect fresh eggs from our chickens and harvest fresh citrus from the orchard, with the chirp of birds and the sounds of not too far-off horses and sometimes a lonely burro. Anywhere you walk, you're hit with the scent of citrus blossoms, lavender, eucalyptus trees, juicy tomato vines, and wild herbs, a constant reminder that abundance can mean many different things. Afternoons are spent under shady olive trees, sipping local wine, enjoying local beef with a local señora's handmade tortillas. Evenings are spent around a fire with family. Land is for indulging in the kind of slow, community-focused living that was common to many of your ancestors.
